Premier League players are usually evaluated based on their goals, clean sheets, and speed. However, a recent study has taken a different approach, assessing their attractiveness using the golden ratio.
This method, which gauges perceived beauty through mathematical symmetry, has highlighted some unexpected names. Surprisingly, Manchester City heartthrob Jack Grealish is absent from the list.
The spotlight falls on players from Burnley, Arsenal, Fulham, and Crystal Palace, with a central defender clinching the top position with a score of 90.91 out of 100.
Conducted by Live Football Tickets, the study unveils a top 20 list of attractive players, but no representatives from Manchester United are present.
Topping the list are Burnley’s Jordan Beyer with a score of 78.97, followed by Luton’s Tahith Chong at 79.19, and Ilya Zabarnyi from Bournemouth with 79.23.
Brighton’s Evan Ferguson secures the 17th spot with 79.64, trailing behind Wolves’ Goncalo Guedes at 80.86 and Fulham’s Aleksandar Mitrovic at 81.48.
In the vicinity of the top ten, Liverpool’s Darwin Nunez scores 82.47, while Brighton’s Joao Pedro trails closely with 82.52. Sheffield United’s Sander Berge secures 84.34, and Liverpool’s Luis Diaz follows with 84.88.
The rankings shift between positions 10 and 5, encompassing Elijah Adebayo of Luton (84.90), Brentford’s Aaron Hickey (85.01), Morgan Gibbs-White from Nottingham Forest (85.67), Arsenal’s captain Martin Odegaard (86.03), and Everton’s Vitaliy Mykolenko (86.11).
