There was no live coverage for the third time at the Magical Kenya Open on Saturday, March 20 as the country once again missed out on the chance to showcase some of her golfing culture.
European Tour Productions (ETP) are reportedly trying to sort out “logistical issues” before the final slated for Sunday.
The ETP was optimistic of broadcasting the event through a live world feed coverage which was expected to be available in time for the third round.

That didn’t happen, though, and there was no televised action on Saturday.
The European Tour Productions released a statement saying, “”Unfortunately, due to ongoing logistical difficulties beyond our control, we will be unable to deliver live world feed coverage of the third day of the Magical Kenya Open presented by Johnnie Walker on Saturday, March 20, 2021,”
“In cooperation with the local and national authorities we are continually working to resolve the situation as soon as possible, and hope to be in a position to provide live coverage for the final day of the tournament.
Popular radio presenter Joe Gidi took to his Facebook page to claim the reason there was no broadcast was because broadcast equipment could not be cleared in time at the Mombasa port.
