Jack Grealish, the prominent figure in Manchester City and the English national team, has found himself facing criticism after leaving his £220,000 Lamborghini Urus parked on double-yellow lines.
An evening that began with a dinner outing alongside his girlfriend, Sasha Attwood, at the upscale Ivy restaurant in Manchester took an unfavorable turn when the pair returned to Grealish’s vehicle a few hours later.
Three traffic wardens confronted the 27-year-old midfielder as they observed his car occupying an illegal parking spot.
A spokesperson from the Manchester City Council informed The Sun, stating, “At 11.02pm on August 8, we issued a Penalty Charge Notice to this particular motorist.”
In addition to the parking infringement, Grealish has drawn the ire of disability advocates. Alison Kerry, a representative from the charity Scope, expressed concern about the impact of such parking behavior on disabled individuals.
She emphasized, “Parking on pavements creates difficulties for people with disabilities, forcing them to navigate onto the road, a potentially hazardous situation. It is crucial that drivers exhibit consideration when choosing parking spots.”

This incident marks not the first vehicular trouble Grealish has encountered.
In 2020, while playing for Aston Villa, he received a nine-month driving ban after colliding with two parked cars in Solihull, West Midlands.
Pleading guilty to two charges of careless driving. He was handed a fine of £82,499, along with costs of £220 and a victim surcharge of £181. He also faced penalties from Villa for violating Covid-19 lockdown regulations.
