Cristiano Ronaldo continues to show that age is just but a number and he still has what it takes to dominate and score.
The 36-year-old Juventus Superstar has now overtaken Romelu Lukaku in the Serie A standings after a 3-0 win on Monday over Crotone.
It took Ronaldo just 38 minutes to score his first goal and put the reigning champions in front. He added another in first-half injury time to double his team’s lead after a header.
With two goals, the Portuguese star overtook Lukaku (17) with 18 league goals this season, while Zlatan Ibrahmovic is third on 14 along with Lazio’s Ciro Immobile. He became the firstest player in the history of Italian football to score 70 league goals.
