Frankie JustGymIt’s Heartfelt Message to His Baby Mamas and Family
Although Waititu and Frankie went their separate ways in 2019, it appears that they have maintained an amicable relationship for the sake of their two children.
Following the surprise message, Frankie JustGymIt openly expressed his affection and appreciation for his two baby mamas, Maureen Waititu and Corazon Kwamboka.
In a heartfelt moment, he emphasized the significance of family in his life, stating:
“Family is the key to happiness because my family means everything to me. I hold immense love for my children and cherish the relationships I have with my baby mamas,” a sentiment that extended to his parents as well.
Overcoming Depression and Finding Healing
Frankie also discussed the new chapter he has entered in his life. He acknowledged that challenges and detractors are inevitable, remarking:
“People will attempt to bring you down, that’s only natural. However, the crucial question is, how do you respond? Will you succumb and wallow in defeat, or will you rise up and face adversity head-on?”
During a recent interview with Lynn Ngugi, Waititu reflected on the transformative impact of 2019 in her life. She recounted how the events of that year led her to experience depression, despite being the mother of two wonderful sons.
Her relationship with Frankie had come to a painful conclusion.
“2019 is the year that made me who I am. Life happened. The union we had (with Frankie) came to a painful end. I slipped into depression. I was diagnosed with severe clinical depression and anxiety. I was suicidal. I thought about it so many times.
Seeking Professional Help and Changing Mindset
“I would get up to a hundred DMs of people just insulting me. I had to give away my phone and passwords. Someone else was managing my accounts,” she shared.
Maureen revealed that she often felt like she was on autopilot, and at a certain point, she recognized the need for professional assistance to address her mental health challenges. She sought the guidance of an expert who helped her overcome her psychological issues and emphasized the importance of changing her mindset during that difficult period.
