Nike has introduced the Eliud Kipchoge ‘EK’ Umoja Collection, a tribute to the world’s greatest marathoner. The term ‘umoja,’ signifying unity in Eliud Kipchoge’s native Swahili, underscores the collection’s ethos.
This line of footwear and apparel draws inspiration from the inception of Kipchoge’s illustrious racing career, notably his victory at the 5000m World Championship in Paris in 2003 when he was just 18 years old.

The series includes five running footwear silhouettes- the Nike Alphafly 2 which costs Ksh 40K, Nike Vaporfly 3 (Ksh 40K), Nike Zoom Fly 5 (Ksh 22K), Pegasus 40 (Ksh 20K) and Nike Victory track spike (Ksh 21K)
Throughout his 20 years competing at the highest level of the sport, Kipchoge and Nike have propelled their shared purpose to rethink human potential and move the world forward through running.
That forward momentum continues in the new EK Umoja Collection, built on the ethos of the four-time London Marathon.
Complementing the footwear, the apparel lineup features the Nike Windrunner jacket, Rise 365 tee, Stride 7-inch short, and three variations of the Dri-FIT tee.

A unique touch is the sock liners in each running shoe, which prominently display the official time of Kipchoge’s triumphant 2003 5000m victory, clocked at 12:52.79. Additionally, Kipchoge’s personal mantra, “No Human is Limited,” graces the medial midsole of each shoe and every piece of clothing, rendered in his own handwriting.
The collection’s color scheme of red and white pays homage to Kipchoge’s Kenyan heritage and recalls the attire he wore during his initial gold medal triumph.
