Breaking Arnold Schwarzenegger’s 57-year-long bodybuilding record, 19-year-old Anton Ratushnyi has etched his name into the annals of history with an extraordinary achievement.
While Schwarzenegger’s legacy in bodybuilding is legendary, Ratushnyi’s recent feat in winning the Classic Physique pro at the NPC national division title in Texas marks a significant milestone.

” With overcoming lots of adversity over the last year, I can’t stress enough how important it is to believe in yourself and stay true to yourself no matter what others think of you. I’m so glad that I decided to pursue my true passion and didn’t let negativity get to me. I took the risk to prep again and challenge myself mentally, physically, and emotionally to not just succeed in bodybuilding but grow as a person that would be worthy of inspiring this new generation,” said Anton.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, an iconic figure in bodybuilding, made history by securing the Mr Universe title at the tender age of 20, making him the youngest-ever recipient of a ‘pro card.’
Although Schwarzenegger transitioned to politics and cinema after retiring from competitive bodybuilding in 1980, his record remained unbroken for over four decades.

Anton Ratushnyi, with a burgeoning Instagram following of 203,000, emerged on the bodybuilding scene earlier this year. His three consecutive NPC titles and the recent victory in Texas earned him the coveted ‘pro card,’ signifying his transition from an amateur to a professional bodybuilder at a younger age than the legendary Schwarzenegger.
Fans flooded Ratushnyi’s social media with congratulatory messages, praising his sculpted physique and expressing anticipation for his future endeavors. This young bodybuilding sensation’s rapid rise to fame echoes Schwarzenegger’s historic journey, underscoring the timeless allure and evolution of the sport.
