Liverpool suffered their third straight defeat of the season after Leicester City came from behind to claim a 3-1 victory
The Reds were thoroughly dominant throughout the game but were guilty of sloppiness in front of goal, particularly in the first half.
Leicester City’s best chance of the first half came the way of Jamie Vardy, whose effort hit the post, with the Foxes on the back foot for most of the game.

Liverpool, who were looking to leapfrog Leicester on the log, took a deserved lead in the 67th minute when Mo Salah benefited from a superb assist from Roberto Firmino.
From then on, it was all Leicester, who found an equaliser from a whipped free kick from just outside the area from James Madisson.
The game was completely turned on its head moments later courtesy of a blunder from Liverpool goalkeeper Alisson, who came out of his line and misjudged the ball for Jamie Vardy to slop into an empty goal.
The result was put beyond doubt when another midfield blunder saw Leicester go forward with Wilfried Ndidi feeding a ball to Harvey Barnes who coolly slotted home to make it 3-1.
Defeat leaves Liverpool in fourth place on the log in what has been a horrible title defence so far this campaign.
Depending on other results of the weekend, the Reds could fall 13 points behind league leaders Manchester City.
